During the St. Lucia 101 trip any transport arranged by us will be public transport, and include

1) Train (Metro Rail)
2) Long Distance Taxi (Mini bus Taxi)
3) Local Taxi (Mini bus Taxi)
4) River Boat

If you opt to take an optional extra excursion, the tour operator may supply alternate transport such as an open game drive vehicle.

When travelling in public transport you need to be vigilant and keep your mind focused on your environment as there are always pick pockets and con artists at every corner. This is standard fare for every busy train station, bus depot or taxi rank and travel in South Africa is no different from any other country world wide. Travellers are always easy marks so get to know your fellow travellers and watch each others backs to ensure that we all arrive at St. Lucia with all our luggage.
