isimangaliso Birding Route requires Start up capital or seed finances to get the project going. This page will be updated with more accurate figures as these become available. This page will also have
links to our sponsors, donors, funders and others who will be involved with this project.
Start up capital will be needed for
- company registration and legal requirements of running a business.
iSimangaliso Birding Route will be using a Co-operative based
business model and operate as a tourism association.
- Creating and publishing a web site with associated Ezine and other internet based advertising techniques, which will initially be handled by
Infdo4u /
Mtuba4u and
birding4u collectively.
- establishment of an office with the necessary infrastructure and equipment such as
 | filling cabinets and other furniture |
| phone, |
| fax, |
| computers and associated equipment |
- Advertising and promotional materials such as road side signs and printed brochures
- Purchase of motor vehicle
- Staff salaries for six months, by which time the iSimangaliso Birding Route project should be earning an income.
